Kubota dealers are cooperating in a national initiative to provide owners of post-1970 tractors with a ROPS and seatbelt at cost. See the link below. Looks like the ROPS for your tractor is $198. Cheap enough.

Ditto to what KenB said. I got one for my 1978 B6100 from my Kubota dealer. Installed it myself. Pretty easy actually. It comes with typical Kubota instructions.
